Iowa is known for great steaks. My husband, Brent, is the griller in the family and although he is known for his mouth watering ribs, he can cook a mean steak! And we love to grill year-round. If there’s snow on the ground, we throw on our parkas and shovel a path to the grill.
With kids, the typical hot dogs and chicken nuggets gets old really fast. So when we discovered our children not only loved steak, but we couldn’t get it on their plates fast enough, Brent and I jumped for joy! You can pick up a top sirloin steak for a reasonable price and it feeds our family of four plus leaves us with leftovers.
This steak marinade is our favorite and its so easy to make!
